This workshop intends to aid artists in recognizing their needs and building resilience through creating a personalized resource that they can return to during times of acute stress. We will spend time together building an individualized list of routines and activities for each of us to return to in order to feel grounded and stable when things feel stressful, guided by prompts and questions for self-reflection. The goal is for artists to leave the workshop feeling empowered by building a personal-accountability checklist that is suited to their personal preferences.
