In the near horizon of 2050, how might we re-imagine arts organizations as key intermediaries to sustainably support artists’ needs in Toronto?
The Open Door initiative, funded by the Toronto Arts Council (TAC), is a two-year exploration and ideation project to better understand the perceived needs and expectations of artists from art service organizations. Ten partners, predominantly non-collecting contemporary art and film/video organizations, are collaborating.
