Billy Rennekamp was born in 1988 on a horse farm in Louisville, Kentucky. He now lives and works between New York and Berlin. His work involves moving image, programming, sound and crafts with a strong emphasis on play and recycling web ephemera. His focus on games and cheats is an extension of his involvement with the use and misuse of technology. He is a founding member of online art collective Loshadka.org.
